The spray tan method is easily done using a spray gun to apply tanning solution to your skin whilst you stand in a pop up spray tent. Please see the photo below!

The whole process takes about 10 minutes and will leave you with an all over tan. It is quick, easy and safe which is why it has proven to be so popular.
